HRV is an efficient measure of your bodies ability to recover. I found it interesting that mental stress has a greater impact on HRV than physical stressors. We can use this as a tool to safely improve mental and physical health by training to achieve a stabilized state of HRV.
There was SO much in the module but trying to pluck the basics in order to communicate it easily to those not as “science” minded. I feel I will need to go through this material a few more times.
