Tipping point moment...new Wall Street Journal article on ADHD medication
Team, This Wall Street Journal article represents a tipping point moment in the battle for education before medication. I'm writing a long post/article on this tomorrow and recording a full podcast on the rise of the ADHD industry on Wednesday. I truly believe we'll look back at the mass diagnosis of our children as a moment of cultural hysteria with irreparable impact on the physical and psychological development of a generation. It only takes a small group of dedicated individuals to shift the course of history. I appreciate everyone who has demonstrated their leadership in this fight this year. Very much looking forward to amplifying our impact through our affiliate model and supporting @Sue Murphy @Nikki Trusca and those of you who I've been in discussions with regarding official affiliation as we build the health optimization businesses of the future and create an empowering, science-based alternative to the mass medication of a generation. https://www.wsj.com/health/wellness/kids-adhd-drugs-medication-06dfa0b7?gaa_at=eafs&gaa_n=AWEtsqfB3jxfIFezHf0sxPWCeOccJTl377jnf-k8N4GVzHhQCstOktICp63C&gaa_ts=69206ed8&gaa_sig=GBLu5cxAwp5_xf2yElCjkWnVnCDVGuMRdwfa9U23SZN563jYw_-mNNxXARFmtzXuc8GHWkcGADuy1VdldBvB-A%3D%3D

I could write a book on my experiences in the private school I am working in. I have implemented physiology first principals with the class I’m in (to a point- they have a very rigid schedule) but have witnessed incredible changes with a couple of students where I have built in nutrition. (Actually feeding the child throughout the day) along with breath work and exercise circuits (before they are required to “sit” for extended periods) for specifically the adhd kids. I have pleaded for 1 to not be put on medication yet… and one that is on it they are recommending upping it and I’ve asked for more time to build these skills in time first.. Looking forward to pushing forward to
New Physiology First app! Breathing tracks all in one place🙌
Team, I just created a simple app for us that has all of the Breathe to Perform audios in one place! This project came from conversations with @Nikki Trusca and a message thread between @Rachel Campling and @Cindy T. De Bonis . Many people have been asking for the top secret breathing tracks we created🕵️‍♂️ Excited to hear which is your favorite! I only have the 3 minute versions loaded so far. This app can serve to direct business to @Sue Murphy and @Nikki Trusca -our affiliates in N.J and N.H as well as our Manchester and upcoming London locations. We can potentially build it out to be a fully functional Physiology First app....although a part of me wonders if separate apps for the Youth Health Assessment and other elements of the program is best for clarity's sake and easy to understand functionality. This is definitely a work in progress so please give your feedback and suggestions! In the meantime I hope it makes it easier to fit in 3 minute breathing sessions into your day and share what we do with others in a way they can experience🙌 https://breathe-perform-physiologyfirst.replit.app/about

This looks great. Very excited to have this tool! I have used the Jupiter track in various school districts over the past 5 years and even implemented it into the current classroom I’m working in. It’s amazing to see their bodies relax in once that comes on.
The World's First Personalized Cookbook 🥗
Team, This week we created the world's first personalized cookbook, based on individual biometrics. We made it for a 15 year old girl who is PUMPED to have science based, personalized nutrition guidance in a world of TikTok gurus. This will be a staple at our campuses, and a paradigm shift in community health. For everyone who joined the program for leading edge physiology, we'll definitely get there 🧬 But none of this is possible without the skill of stellar science communication. That's what makes working on Module One so important. Learn to share simple things well, and you'll have an outlet for impact that shapes the future of health and human potential🌎🧠🔥

This is incredible. My teenage daughters have been apart of my physiology journey since the beginning and got onboard last year and can’t wait for their customized strength and nutrition plans !! Even my community that I have been working with for the past 4.5 years are eager to learn more about getting their own blueprint!
Schools
Reach out to the schools! Especially the independent ones. I just got off the phone with one here and while I was talking to them about something else, we got to talking about our physiology first program and how that could support students and staff. They said they do have money in their current budget for programs that come up throughout the year! Don’t be afraid to ask. Proposal is going out to them this afternoon!

I reached out to learn more about their school and to see if I could come in to observe and possibly collaborate with (truthfully as an educator). I sent over my resume and when I was talking with the director he said he wanted to learn more about what I was doing in the schools as far as whole body health and mindfulness. The door opened and I went for it. It was great conversation and I walked away with more information and a an opportunity to present PF model. I have another call tomorrow with another independent school to collaborate with as well…

@Victoria Hankin HI Victoria, I used the physiology first principals and created a program for elementary schools to teach them about their breath, brain and body. I have been teaching that in schools for almost 4 years now. Each year I add more of the principals that we all learned throughout the course
