HRV
Heart rate variability (HRV) measures the variation in time between heartbeats, providing a window into how well the brain and body adapt to stress and change. Higher HRV is linked to improved physical health, mental performance, and resilience, making it a powerful proactive health measure. By tracking HRV, individuals can gain valuable insights to optimize their well-being and consistently perform at their best.
P.S. the 20 minute HRV Heartbeat audio is my new favorite method to end the day. Although I must be careful on where I do it. It put me into a deep relaxation state where I woke up and realized I was not in my bed but outside on the couch in my back patio, ha-ha.
