It will be a less physical class, with more of a focus on breathing as a powerful tool for mental and physical fitness.
Looking forward to sharing strategies for teaching students and families about the power of their breath.
Our Deep Dive will focus on sleep tracking as a powerful tool for assuring that the physical foundation for peak physical and psychological fitness is in place for youth and families.
