Convo in the sauna tonight🪵🔥

Just wanted to share a conversation from the sauna session after our free Student Strong class tonight…

A young woman (14) who has been coming for a few weeks said “I’ve been begging my family for a gym membership for years, but they haven’t had the money. Then this place showed up out of nowhere…it was like magic.”

A young boy (10) followed up with the same story. He’s wanted to start training for a while, and without a free community offering he wouldn’t have been able to access coaching, sauna and cold plunge, stress and anxiety management skills, or, most importantly, a supportive, health focused community.

He’s made SO much progress since starting with us in September.

This is the why we do this work. We will be the organization that kicks open the doors to health and human potential for the next generation🌎🧠🔥

Incredibly proud and honored to have each of you on the team and wanted to share one of the daily moments that puts our global mission into context.
