Our Coaching Certification Program begins today💪

Live webinars at 10am EST for the next 5 weeks will showcase our unique approach to coaching education focused exercise programs for youth and adults.

This optional component to the Level One Certification Program is available for no additional cost to anyone enrolled in the current or upcoming cohort.

(Registration is $600 for those who are part of a previous cohort and want to advance their coaching skills to a superhuman level 🦸 🦸‍♀️ 🏆 )

If you are interested in learning more about the biomechanics, breathing, and exercise programming elements of our Family Fit, Student Strong, or 1-1 and group training programs this is a DO NOT MISS opportunity. You will be in the top 1% of the field as we prepare to scale our campuses and affiliates in 2026 and beyond🌎

These fun, interactive webinars will take you through the sessions as a participant, leaving you with a deeper understanding of your own physiology, and the skills to coach our classes in your community, or at a Physiology First Affiliate near you in the future!
