20 min. breathing class + audio track
Hi here!
Few quick question about the suggested 20-minute weekly community breathing class + heartbeat audio track.
  • Do you always use the same track for the weekly session?
  • Is it a copy/paste each week, or do you switch things up sometimes?
  • And if it is the same, do you explain why/the benefits to your regulars?
  • After guiding them through the nasal inhale/exhale and the heartbeat track, and giving them the initial instructions, do you mostly let them go on their own with minimal check-ins during the session? Or do you guide them throughout and switch up the breathing styles depending on the focus of that day?
I’d love to start testing something similar in my own community, possibly at my kids’ alternative school for the kids and/or teachers, maybe families if I can find a space. However, my main population will be pregnant and postpartum moms, and I will most likely have online offers.
When I used to lead monthly sessions, I would switch things up. So I find it interesting to offer a similar experience every time with the same track, I’ve just never done it that way before. Just curious how you all approach it and looking to brainstorm. Thank you!
