Did everyone see the Airbnb Booking Fee increase message, they are 'adjusting' from 15% to 15.5% Will you be adjusting your prices or absorbing the percentage?🤔

We are now fully booked for this whole month and a few days into next 😁 just need to keep the bookings coming 🙏

Hi all, So we currently don't take deposits and haven't had to really over the past 15 months, however over the past month we have had to change & charge guests for at least 4 duvet covers due to pissing on the beds etc. So what are people using and does it put guests off booking with you?

This weekend while I was a way golfing I got an enquiry for one of our properties on air bnb for 2 months. They message me off the platform 5 mins later. (Using my long term strategy) Then after speaking to the client turns out they want the Proeprty for 4 months Massive win and good profit!!

I have pricelabs running on top of my channel manager. I've set my min stay in pricelabs to weekdays 4 nights and 3 at the weekend… My week starts on Monday (based on calendar settings in pricelab calendar 2nd image). Looking at the image below, its seems Pricelabs seems to be treating a Friday as the weekend and Sunday as the weekday?????? In my settings I have the week starting on Monday. I’ve logged out, cleared my cache and I still get the same as per calendar image. Is there a setting somewhere controlling this behaviour? The desired behaviour is mon-friday weekdays and sat & sun the weekend. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Cheers, Steve
