Little win today, someone passed a booking they couldn't host and asked if I could help.....11 month booking! 😁

Hey all 🙂 All you who have been in the game a while, how do you stay up to date with factual changes? Not just what some geezer said on Facebook 😂 I know there may be alot of changes coming like a 90 day rule nation wide or having a serviced accommodation register like there is for HMO's I just want to make sure I have everything in place that I know ill need in the future if that makes sense 🙂

We are now fully booked for this whole month and a few days into next 😁 just need to keep the bookings coming 🙏

Finishing work soon, 77 hours worked as ive been putting in the overtime for some extra pennies (taken my son on his first holiday soon) Cant wait till im in a position to leave this though and be able to put this much energy into my own business!
