April Challenge #14
I’ve done the stretches and routine every night. I have to in order for me to sleep because it’s been such a big part of my ritual. But I just haven’t typed it in here because I haven’t been laying down until 1-2 am recently. Yea sleep schedule is everywhere. Anyways, something I’m learning more about for myself and to give to you guys is supplements. Specifically what each one does to the body, why we should or shouldn’t take them. Who should or shouldn’t take them and etc. I’m spending my free time just learning about this and slowly compiling a whole research report similar to how I did on the recovery page to post so you guys can read and understand it in a couple of minutes and not a few weeks lol. April Challenge #8
Tonight I worked a lot on my neck mobility and shoulder mobility. On top of going through my routine stretches. Those are two parts that have really been bothering me since I’ve changed my split. Been a lot more focused on just getting my Olympic lifts up there and running for distance. Currently building 4 types of run work to come out next week. One for Speed, One for endurance, one for Agility, and one for Longevity (going multiple miles) So very excited on those. Doing some deep research on all of it. Also by this weekend the exercise library will be updated with exercises and building out some new workouts. I’d love for you all to test and let me know how you like them. April Challenge #7
Recovery today focused on my legs and lower back. Had a double session today with strength and conditioning. Then topped it with Olympic weightlifting session. Took an ice bath and did some stretches and long static holds to really just release some of that tension in my body. Loved my lacrosse ball tonight lol for pressure point recovery. Video on that currently in the works This platform is growing by the day and I have so many big plans for this platform. So so many. Classrooms, structures, workouts for anyone and everyone. Recovery routines and so much more. I want this to be a community and a platform that any athlete can come too and want to stay because of the information they learn and results they see. Thats the goal, for this to be a space for all athletes. Theres so much planned and im doing my best to put out as much as I can each and every day. All I need from you guys is honesty, feedback, and comments on what you guys want to see, workouts, routines, videos, things you want to learn about. So we can make this a one of a kind. April challenge #6
So pretty sure I pulled something in my shoulder today while at the gym. So that’s great. I was honestly just spending majority of tonight doing the same 3 movements for my shoulder and upper back. Trying to fight this strain. I’ve realized how big this platform can really be, but I can’t get there without you guys. You guys give me the feedback, the suggestions, the critiques I need and want to make this platform the best it possibly can be. So please drop below your guys goals for fitness and training. Be specific so I can help build better workouts that fit everyone across the platform.

April Challenge #2
I usually follow the same routine each night, which is posted in the recovery classroom. However tonight I had a strong emphasis on some shoulder and back work tonight to help my stiffness During the mobility I was just going over in my head how and what videos I’m going to be posting and filming tomorrow to post here. And also the Pathway classroom and how I’m currently attacking it and building it. Looking for a small release by April 15th. In there is going to be templates, designs, examples of highlight videos, how to reach out. And so much more. We’ve gotten a few new members as well and it just makes me happy that others are joining and believing in the program. So much more to come, have a great night! Owen
