I’ve done the stretches and routine every night. I have to in order for me to sleep because it’s been such a big part of my ritual. But I just haven’t typed it in here because I haven’t been laying down until 1-2 am recently.
Yea sleep schedule is everywhere. Anyways, something I’m learning more about for myself and to give to you guys is supplements. Specifically what each one does to the body, why we should or shouldn’t take them. Who should or shouldn’t take them and etc. I’m spending my free time just learning about this and slowly compiling a whole research report similar to how I did on the recovery page to post so you guys can read and understand it in a couple of minutes and not a few weeks lol. So stay tuned for that.
