Tonight I worked a lot on my neck mobility and shoulder mobility. On top of going through my routine stretches. Those are two parts that have really been bothering me since I’ve changed my split. Been a lot more focused on just getting my Olympic lifts up there and running for distance.
Currently building 4 types of run work to come out next week. One for Speed, One for endurance, one for Agility, and one for Longevity (going multiple miles) So very excited on those. Doing some deep research on all of it. Also by this weekend the exercise library will be updated with exercises and building out some new workouts. I’d love for you all to test and let me know how you like them. Let me know what yall want to see.
