This is a space we’ve created for those who feel the call to guide others through pranayama and Himalayan breath practices in a way that is grounded, respectful, and deeply attuned to the nervous system.

Over the next few days, I’ll be placing Somana Seven into the classroom for all of you to experience and be part of, because breath is such a foundational piece of this work.
It’s not something separate, it’s something that supports everything and everyone in the HUB.
You’ll see it land in the classroom by Monday the 20th, ready for you to drop into in your own time.
So what is Somana Seven?
It’s a 7 day journey into breath, awareness, and regulation.
A way of working with the body that isn’t about pushing, performing, or chasing intensity, but about learning how to sit with your breath, build capacity, and create real steadiness within your system.
Each day gently guides you deeper into presence, into connection, and into a more refined relationship with your body and your energy.
This is the way we teach breath.This is the way we hold it.
And now you get to experience it for yourself.
