Each day includes:
• one short video (under 2 minutes)
• one small, doable action
That’s it.
You don’t need to be plant-based already. You don’t need to cook anything fancy. And you don’t need to do this perfectly for it to work.

Head to the 7-Day Plant-Powered Jumpstart section above and start with Day 0 – Start Here. When you’re ready, move on to Day 1 and take it one day at a time. If you miss a day, just pick up where you left off. This is meant to fit into real life — especially during a busy season.
