Today is July 1st, we're halfway through the year and I don't know about you, but that hit me a little this morning. I can't believe that we are already six months in and there's only six months left.
And I started thinking about the habits I said I was going to build this year. The ones I kept pushing to next week, next month, after things slow down.
So I want to do something together this month. ๐ ๐๐๐น๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ.
Here's how it works. Every week I'll post a link to our ๐ก๐๐ช ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ. You pull one habit, try it for a week, and come back and tell us how it went. If you don't like the first habit you pull, just click on "Not Today" and pick a new one.
It's not about overhauling your routine or juggling ten things at once. Just one habit, one week at a time, with all of you doing it alongside me. That's something we can actually stick to.
