You don't need to overhaul your whole diet and lifestyle to feel better. You just need one thing to go right.
Maybe it's going to bed 30 minutes earlier. A 10-minute walk after dinner. Drinking water before your morning coffee.
For me this week it was meal prepping a few things on Sunday. I didn't spend a lot of time, but it helped me so much during this busy week.
