Lunch: 1 +1/2 ww wrap filled with in total 250 gr steamed veggies: courgette + broccoli seasoned with BBQ spices + black pepper.
Wrap + chili mayo + corn, those steamed veggies+ 1/2 roasted sweet potato + 1 vegan chicken filet (no added oil) cut up..rolled up...me happy! π
- I also made Ami's double chocolate banana bread but I used organic wholemeal spelt flour instead of the usual oat flour. I also added bit of 0% brown sugar, topped it with chopped 40gr vegan 80% chocolate..pushed it a bit into the batter....
- Organic wholegrain spelt flour is my favourite flour since + 20 years. I will devour 1 slice later on the day....the rest I freeze in slices with baking paper in between. Now some needed rest..π
