A Note to Our Gentle Readers

Dear Gentle Readers,

It has come to my attention that while we gather here often for recipes, routines, and the best of intentions, we rarely pause long enough to truly know one another.

And as this community has quietly grown, now surpassing one hundred members, it feels only fitting to mark the moment with something a bit more personal.

And so, this January, I shall be hosting our very first Afternoon Tea.

We will convene on Wednesday, January 21st, at 2:00 p.m. EST (7:00 p.m. UK) for an unhurried hour of conversation and connection.

There will be no instruction, no formal agenda, and no expectations to impress. Only the simple pleasure of gathering, exchanging a few words, and finally putting faces to familiar names.

You are welcome to arrive with tea, coffee, or whatever refreshment suits you. Stay for a moment or linger awhile - attendance shall be noted only in spirit.

With the new season of Bridgerton approaching at month’s end, this first gathering will carry a subtle Afternoon Tea air. Participation, as always, is entirely at your discretion.
