Strongman Mark Felix watched his Hercules Hold record broken the other day...then at 60 YEARS OLD got up and broke the new record!
The scream I scrammed.
Had the absolute honour of training with Mark years ago and honestly one of the nicest, most inspiring guys ever. So glad he's retiring on such a high note.
Also I cannot emphasise enough that if you get the chance to train with & learn from pros like this, you should take it...I mention for no reason at all... 👀
