6 months since I met this wonderful group of people who have all played a part in helping me, supporting me, inspiring me and encouraging me throughout 💜📣
6 months of applying what I learned 🤓
6 months of consistency and discipline (not perfection! 😅) 🍽️
6 months of progressive overload ⚖️🏋️♀️
6 months of questioning myself and doing it anyway 🧠
6 months of tough times, good times and everything in between and still keeping my promise to myself 🫶
6 months can change your life ❤️
