Pivot shift bone injury, lateral femoral condyle subchondral bone contusion/stable OCD. Complete proximal ACL tear. Maybe some contusion vs normal peripheral signal in the lateral meniscus - would probably let this go. Would you call a MM ramp tear on this patient? That is the question that I have.
