M14 - Says no trauma on questionnaire.. but when you look at his chart he had a radius SH IV fracture from a motocross injury in the past, so fair to say he probably got banged up at some point.
Pivot shift bone injury, lateral femoral condyle subchondral bone contusion/stable OCD.
Complete proximal ACL tear.
Maybe some contusion vs normal peripheral signal in the lateral meniscus - would probably let this go.
Would you call a MM ramp tear on this patient? That is the question that I have.
