Request for References osteoblastic reaction vs progression
Dear Colleagues, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on a project focused on" distinguishing osteoblastic reaction from disease progression in bone metastases." I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly share any relevant articles, textbooks, or educational presentations that address imaging features, diagnostic criteria, or strategies to differentiate treatment-related osteoblastic changes from true disease progression. Thank you very much for your time and support

FREE Lecture and Case Reading Session on Axial Spondyloarthritis
I’d like to personally invite you to my upcoming BCV Expert Talk on March 25, 2025, at 16:00 CET, where I’ll be discussing spinal lesions in axial spondyloarthritis. This is a topic I’m particularly passionate about, and I look forward to sharing key imaging insights, discussing challenging cases, and answering your questions live. Since I rarely offer this session in English, I’m excited to extend this exclusive opportunity to members of this MSK Radiology Skool community. If you'd like to join, please register on the event page—you’ll receive the access link on the day of the event. https://bit.ly/4h7EeVC

Post your cmrad shoulder MRI here for live Q&A 25.04.
hi, see separate post for details in this post, please ONLY POST your shoulder MRI CASE you want to discuss at the live event, using this format. Only 1 case per person! 1. post link 2. post clinical information 3. post your specific question(s) example https://www.cmrad.com/cases/1902780251 pain 6 weeks, no trauma, not responding to conservative treatment. Is the subscapularis intact? Any other posts here will get deleted to keep it clean for the stream. You can upvote other peoples cases and I will prefer cases in the live stream with the most votes (as it indicates a question many people would have). However, you need to be live in the stream to get the chance to present your case.

Osteitis condensans
Again and again, I receive questions for second opinions on supposed axial spondyloarthritis. However, it is often osteitis condensans. In some cases, the patients have been treated with TNF blockers for a long time. Fatal. I took this recent case as an opportunity to explain again exactly what aspects to consider when interpreting MRI changes. Click the link now and check out the case. What is your experience?
