Dear colleagues I wish you all a happy new year! Have a great start into 2025 and I am really looking forward to keep learning with you. A new year is a moment to reflect on the past, but mainly to look into what is coming. I want to first of all thank all of those who joined the Virtual MSK Fellowship last year for their trust in my team and the fellowship. We have seen great success from many of you in this past year, personal and/or professional success stories or passed exams and new diplomas. So trust the system, keep doing the work and results will follow. As for 2025, here are some teasers of what is coming/planned. By announcing plans to others, they are more likely to come true (first lesson of 2025 lol). It makes the more tangible and you can get hold accountable. So here it is, my plans for 2025: - The 2025 Radiology Online Olympics (compete with others for fame and glory (and prize money) - Organizing my first MSK Congress in Abu Dhabi (or Dubai). - Adding a 3rd Q&A Session (Early morning Dubai time). - More Youtube Videos than last year. More infos on these things will follow as they will approach closer. What is your Radiology Goal for 2025?

We are back with new and fresh ideas! 1. We learned that not all people have the means or time to join my virtual MSK fellowship program (yet). So I want to provide as much value here for free as possible and the way we achieve that is by an active community. So I rely on you (!) to make this work. Be an active community member, ask questions and more importantly, answer other people questions if you know the answer. I will try to also answer some of the questions occasionally if time permits. If nothing will be happening here, its your own decision, so make the most out of this community and the smart people we have here and learn from them and with them. Rules: - keep it professional and about MSK radiology and associated topics - no Cat videos! - If you post cases as screenshots, videos, or via www.cmrad.com (which is free), make sure no Patient Data is seen. If the moderator team detects patient data, the post gets deleted and we hand out a warning, after 3 warnings, you're out. Any advice you get here is for educational purposes only and we take no liability for what ever is done with it. We are not responsible for the content posted by users and will try our best to remove posts we deem not suitable. 2. Leaderboards - Be helpful, get points, get rewards. To make the most of our community here, I want to reward active and helpful member of the community every month. Each month the top 3 contributors, based on the 30-day leaderboard chart, are invited to join a live Q&A session of the Virtual MSK Fellowship! 3. Chris here I analysed this free skool. I decided to temporarily close it. The reason is a push of my self to simplify work and life and spend time where I have more impact. Making everything smoother and more efficient. This skool project did not really have a clearly defined purpose and this is also shown in the activity. There is bit of a confusion here about what to do and what not to do. In the last 30 days, 24% of members were active here. For comparison, in the Virtual fellowship skool, monthly activity ranges between 61- over 80%. It was a bit of an experiment in terms of organic outreach (in case you are interested). Didnt work. I will use many of the videos and push them on parteon and youtube. I think you will still be able to watch the content, but not posting new stuff. My focus will go more into new YouTube videos as I have more fun being creative there and also the Virtual MSK Fellowship, where I can help radiologists the most (see for yourself) I have some ideas for future use of this skool, but time does not permit it at the moment.
