I’m Jake from Tennessee, and I’ve been working with Coach Mike for 3 years! Whoa…it’s flown by. Ive learned a ton and grown a lot but so much more to accomplish on this fitness journey. 💪
I love to travel the world when I can. 🌎
My favorite movie is the incredible classic “Shawshank Redemption” and any CIA, FBI, spy-tyed drama/thriller (Mission Impossible, Bourne series, 007, etc.).
