There’s something really powerful about pausing to notice what’s good in your life, especially during times of healing, change, or just… life. Once a week, we’ll open up this space for you to share one photo of something you’re grateful for 💗 Big or small. Deep or silly. A loved one, peaceful walk, a cozy tea, a pet, a breakthrough, a something that made you smile, a warm meal, anything that brought a little light into your week. So as you go through your week, when something brings you a moment of joy, a smile, or a bit of peace, snap a pic to share! Just drop your photo in the comments and if you like you can add a sentence or two about why it means something to you (if not that's fine too) Gratitude helps shift our nervous systems out of stress and into calm.
