The importance of water intake
During any kind of cleanse or detox, hydration is super important!
It supports digestion. Boosts energy, and even helps with lymphatic drainage.
Even mild dehydration can impact your mood, focus, and food cravings!
Current base water intake recommendations are 15.5 cups (124 oz) for men and 11.5 cups (92 oz) for women.
I like to drink out of certain containers to make sure I’m getting the water I need every day (14 oz glass of lemon and apple cider vinegar water in the morning, 20 oz shaker bottle of collagen water mid day, 2 of these 18 oz water bottles a day, a 16oz shaker bottle of my greens water in the afternoon, and a 14 oz glass of magnesium water at night. Which puts me right around 100 oz a day.
