What's your dream role in your business (you know...when you're not doing ALL the things?)
Today - I want to talk about one of the $1M destinations that most founders put on hold until "the cash/timing is perfect."
But, to do that - I have to introduce you to a new definition first.
I have a very different definition of leadership than most people. It was introduced to me by some amazing people and has changed both mine and my husband's lives.
Leadership = creating a future that wouldn’t otherwise exist and fulfills, or attempts to fulfill, on the needs of all parties.
Those parties - they include YOU.
If your future is built on staying stuck in doing all the tasks you hate, it 's not fulfilling on your needs and desires. So, we have to create it differently.
That's why this week’s focus is: Your Ideal Role.
Step 1: Write down what only you can do. And the work you love.
Step 2: List what drains you.
Step 3: Build the roadmap to shift those tasks off your plate.
Sarah, one of my clients, did exactly this. She didn't think she could afford help. But, together we made sure she could. Within just 6 months, we've completely changed her role in her business, with much more to come.
What does that look like?

💬 So, I'm curious....what’s one thing you never want to touch again? What is the first thing you'd love to hand off to someone else?
If you want to start building out this design TODAY - go into the $1M Business Plan and click on 'Your Role.' It will walk you through all the steps and the worksheet so you can build yours out today.
