Just did the Tonglen level 1 meditation from the classroom
Breathed compassion into:
A loved one
An acquaintence
And someone I've had miscommunication with in my past.
Then sat in awareness..
Very powerful visualization of inhaling grey smoke, filtering through a diamond heart then breathing out white light onto myself and the other people.
Those visualizations make it easier to stay present during the practice.
