I am really grateful for the in-person event on Sunday because I meditated every day the week prior knowing that I had it coming up, and I have had a 20 min minimum sit since the event!
I feel momentum building and my intention is to keep tying days together one at a time.
Something powerful from the retreat I intend to implement is to get a session in no matter if 20 min, 10 min, 5 min, 1 min or just one breath.
I am adopting the identity of someone who committed to seeking awareness daily.
Just finished a wonderful 20 min sit before writing this after a super early morning workout. Feeling amazing and I wish everyone can feel like this all the time
