šVacation Mode Activatedā¦ But the Mission Still Moves!
As my wife and I sit poolside in Cancun a year ago, I remember missing so many clients and prospects because I had not prepared to be away. I've learned since then, and now I'm preparing to set sail on a 5-day cruise this week š³ļø, Iām reminded of something I tell every coach and speaker I work with:
āYou canāt afford to stop workingā¦ but you also canāt afford to never rest.ā
Thatās why I created a system I call The Takeoffāitās both a keynote based on my flight motif and a book Iām working on.š Itās about automating your business so you can rise AND rest.

1ļøā£ Recorded & scheduled daily 6:30 AM video devotionals with a cruise-themed background
2ļøā£ Prepped and scheduled 7 targeted email broadcasts to my segmented 2,500+ list
3ļøā£ Created and queued 6 invoices to maintain my daily IPA (Income Producing Activity) goals
4ļøā£ Sent weekly execution notes to our leadership team
5ļøā£ Texted our design team with course updates, flyers, and website tasks for our coaches
6ļøā£ Scheduled Mondayās text message reminders in advance
7ļøā£ Secured and reviewed content with a guest speaker to host Mondayās call, fully supported by our team
š” Bottom Line:
You can build a business that works when you donāt. With the right systems, automation, and supportāyou can scale AND rest.
