Day 25 - The Power of Story
Today’s Goal: Learn to use stories that capture, connect, and convert when you’re on stage. These are just ANY stories these are specific. My Coaching Advice: Selling from the stage isn’t about pushing an offer — it’s about pulling your audience into a story where they see themselves in the transformation. Stories are the secret weapon for every entrepreneur, coach, and speaker. They allow you to: - Build trust - Create emotional connection - Increase conversions - Position yourself as both relatable and credible But it’s not just about telling a story. It’s about telling the right story at the right time. The 6 Stories Every Speaker Must Master 1. Signature Story – Your personal story of overcoming challenges, lessons learned, and transformation. 2. Offer Story – A client’s struggle-to-success story that makes your offer irresistible. 3. Landing Story – A simple, memorable story that makes your main point stick. 4. Value Proposition Story – A story of how you applied your method and got results. 5. Expert Story – Your journey, skills, lessons, and investments that position you as credible. 6. Testimonial Stories – Stories directly from clients that provide powerful social proof. Types of Storytellers - The Juggler – Accidental storyteller. - The Reporter – Logical, fact-driven. - The Marketer – Creates open loops. - The Evangelist – Heart-centered, moves emotions. - The Influencer – The master storyteller who combines it all. Which one do you lean toward? Practical Exercise: 📝 Make Your Play Today 1. Outline your Signature Story — include your biggest challenge, how it made you feel, and the lessons you learned. 2. Write a rough draft of one additional story (Offer, Landing, Value Proposition, or Expert). 3. Create a list of 5 clients (past or present) you can gather testimonial stories from. Call to Action: Share in the group: Which of the 6 stories are you most comfortable with, and which one do you need to develop?
