Day 24 - Let’s Talk About It! Speaker Awareness
Before we start today I just wanted to remind you that we do have an onsite Mastermind today. We will review the 2nd half of the Winning With Words Keynote Message workbook, catch the beginning on zoom here at 9:00ish AM EST - https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89221624026?pwd=ODVmenRya3l4MmhieGoyMVVxTy9EZz09 • get Content captured • Speaking on a new stage • Networking • Lunch • Video on stage Sept 24 9AM-2PM First Baptist Church DENBIGH 3628 Cambell Road Newport News, VA ————————— Okay, now let’s get into Day 24- Today’s Goal: Shift from building products to becoming a speaker who can sell from stage and deliver lasting impact. My Coaching Advice: Now that you’ve built your ISO and launch plan, let’s make a shift — it’s time to prepare for the stage. Your awareness as a speaker is everything. When you step on stage, you’re not just delivering content — you’re connecting to convert. Impact = Income . Here are the keys: 1. Levels of Awareness Great speakers know themselves and their audience. Take assessments like DISC, FLIGHT, or Emotional Intelligence to better understand your strengths . 2. Connect to Convert - Body language speaks before words do. - Dress to impress — your look sets the tone. - Be authentic. Nothing connects like being real . 3. Share a Story Your story is your greatest sales tool. - Your beginnings, your challenges, your lessons, and your pain-to-purpose moments. - Match it with their values, passions, and aspirations . 4. Sustain Your Structure Follow a simple structure: - Intro + Promise + Hint at Offer - Present Problem & Solution - Weave in Testimonials - Dispel doubt - Deliver your offer 5. Speak with Confidence Believe in your product. Rehearse your talk. Hydrate. Smile. Make eye contact. Visualize success . Practical Exercise: 📝 Playmaker Assignment 1. Write: What’s in your story? Include your challenge moment and the lesson you now teach. 2. Complete one speaker self-awareness assessment (DISC, FLIGHT, Meyers Briggs, or Enneagram). 3. Share your result in the group — it helps us see your speaker identity!

Day 26 - Sale on Stage
Today’s Goal: Learn how to confidently transition from inspiring your audience to inviting them into your offer. My Coaching Advice:You Speaking is powerful — but selling from stage is where you transform both lives and your business. The key is to make your audience feel seen, inspired, and ready before you ever present your offer. Here’s the 10-step flow to keep in mind : 1. Know Your Customer & Who They Want to Be Connect with their wins and challenges. Show them what’s possible. Be the tour guide, not the hero. 2. 3. Use Direct & Indirect Seeding Drop hints that your solution is coming. Use phrases like: “Before we finish, I’ll share something that will change this for you…” 4. 5. Inspire Through Storytelling Share your story and client stories. Each story should have a clear point and lesson . 6. 7. Use Testimonials Build trust and credibility. Overcome skepticism. Show real faces, names, and outcomes . 8. 9. Ask Intentional Questions “What will happen if you don’t change?” “What if you could finally experience…?” Silence after a question is powerful . 10. 11. Compare / Contrast / Scale “You could do this alone… or do it in community.” “On a scale of 1–10, where are you now?” 12. 13. Transition Into the Offer Review your talk. Confirm the need for change. Ask permission to share . 14. 15. Explain Program Content Highlight the benefits. Show the real value vs. cost. Always add bonuses. Share today’s price and create urgency . 16. 17. Emphasize ROI & Value Show the cost of not working with you. Clarify how the perceived value is greater than the price . 18. 19. Make the Offer (CTA) - Use strong, clear words: Free. Now. More. Best. Save. Easy . - Tie your offer to a story (from Day 25). - Review your ISO and make the call to action irresistible. Practical Exercise: 📝 Draft your sales-from-stage close using these steps. - Begin with a personal or client story. - Ask 1–2 intentional questions. - Transition into your ISO with bonuses. - End with a clear CTA.

Day 26 - Sale on Stage
🎤 Another powerful Speakers Training in the books!
This session was packed with transformation. I had the opportunity to teach speakers how to: ✅ Deliver impactful keynote talks that don’t just inspire, but also convert. ✅ Create a winning pitch that gets you booked consistently. ✅ Use proven strategies to find and close new paying clients. And beyond the training, there was great networking, laughter, and powerful connections made in the room. 💡 My favorite part? Watching coaches and speakers walk in with hesitation… and leave with confidence, clarity, and programs that actually convert. This is what happens when you invest in your growth and step into a community that equips you to maximize your potential. 🚀 If you’re ready to sharpen your keynote, pitch with confidence, and build a profitable coaching or speaking business, DM me. Let’s get you in the next training. #MaxPotential #TimeToFly #CMIcoaching #SpeakerTraining #PublicSpeaking #CoachingBusiness #MaxTheMic #ProfessionalDevelopment

Day 25 - The Power of Story
Today’s Goal: Learn to use stories that capture, connect, and convert when you’re on stage. These are just ANY stories these are specific. My Coaching Advice: Selling from the stage isn’t about pushing an offer — it’s about pulling your audience into a story where they see themselves in the transformation. Stories are the secret weapon for every entrepreneur, coach, and speaker. They allow you to: - Build trust - Create emotional connection - Increase conversions - Position yourself as both relatable and credible But it’s not just about telling a story. It’s about telling the right story at the right time. The 6 Stories Every Speaker Must Master 1. Signature Story – Your personal story of overcoming challenges, lessons learned, and transformation. 2. Offer Story – A client’s struggle-to-success story that makes your offer irresistible. 3. Landing Story – A simple, memorable story that makes your main point stick. 4. Value Proposition Story – A story of how you applied your method and got results. 5. Expert Story – Your journey, skills, lessons, and investments that position you as credible. 6. Testimonial Stories – Stories directly from clients that provide powerful social proof. Types of Storytellers - The Juggler – Accidental storyteller. - The Reporter – Logical, fact-driven. - The Marketer – Creates open loops. - The Evangelist – Heart-centered, moves emotions. - The Influencer – The master storyteller who combines it all. Which one do you lean toward? Practical Exercise: 📝 Make Your Play Today 1. Outline your Signature Story — include your biggest challenge, how it made you feel, and the lessons you learned. 2. Write a rough draft of one additional story (Offer, Landing, Value Proposition, or Expert). 3. Create a list of 5 clients (past or present) you can gather testimonial stories from. Call to Action: Share in the group: Which of the 6 stories are you most comfortable with, and which one do you need to develop?
