Hilarious Conversation
😂😂😂 Hey Playmakers I want typically spam you here in this group but I had to share what just happened to me, because I’m still laughing aloud 😂😂 So I’m in the car heading home from soccer practice with my 16 year old son. He was saying how he needed to complete some work but he kept Putting off so I said, “bruh, you need to learn how to eat frogs and elephants” He’s like, what are you talking about? I explain how he should make it a small project instead of looking at the whole picture. He’s saying, but I don’t get what you mean… so I hand him my phone, which I have our Skool group pulled up and I tell him read day 2 of the challenge… and he’s oh, this is good. He starts taking photos of my phone … Then I said, you don’t have to take photos I can just add you to the group. He says, huh? 😳? I say, you can join the group and he says, “naw sir you not gonna be upselling me! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I’ve been laughing every since he said it. I was like what? He said I’ve been in the car when you do your calls, I know it’s going to be “high value” and really change my life and all, but nope… I need my take out the trash money, you no upsell me. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Idk even know how to feel, but I’m still laughing and I guess this is a good place to remind you that this December challenge does have a Premier level with videos from Me, more graphics, worksheets, extended explanations of each day that you can white label and use in your own coaching programs. https://www.skool.com/maxpotentialcmi/classroom/d67e5a01?md=e9b75d451d0946d386435aaafb913942 🤷🏾 ijs saying, since he put me out there I guess I need to stay true to the brand. Thats all. 😂😂😂😂

Be Back Next Week
Fam I will be back in full swing next week. I am here gaining some clarity and understanding around my messages. I have not been my true self, I have been hiding 🙈 because of shame, fear and guilt and I got some breakthroughs this week. So I am taking my time to acclimatize myself to my real story and how it’s releasing me as I learn to forgive myself and let go. Please pray me up as I allow God to keep breaking down the barriers and strongholds.

Accountability Partners 🏆
Find your people. Grow faster. When you’re building your voice, it’s easy to feel like you’re doing it all alone. But here’s the beauty of being in a community : you don’t have to. Here’s how it works: 👇🏽 Drop a comment with your niche or industry. If you see someone in the same space, reach out and pair up. Once you’re partners, you can: ✔️ Swap ideas for content and messaging ✔️ Roleplay your scripts or pitches ✔️ Give each other honest feedback ✔️ Keep each other on track and motivated 💥 Once paired up: Use the following link to join MTM Accountability video calls: https://meet.google.com/pns-bcwu-biz You’ll be surprised how much faster you grow when you’ve got someone walking the same path, pushing you forward, and celebrating wins with you. 💡A gentle reminder The goal isn’t to be perfect The goal is to stay connected This is about making real friends who are walking a similar path People you can be honest with about the hard stuff People who get it People you can celebrate wins with, big or small This space is already powerful When you walk it with someone else, it becomes something even more Let’s grow together 🫶 Once paired up: Use the following link to join MTM Accountability video calls: https://meet.google.com/pns-bcwu-biz

Day 36 - Your MVP
Today’s Goal: Identify your MVP — the Most Valuable Product you’ve already created (or can complete this week) that represents your genius and gets results. My Coaching Advice: Your MVP isn’t the most complicated thing you’ve ever built — it’s the thing that’s done. Perfection doesn’t pay bills — production does. The key is to have something tangible that people can buy, download, or experience right now. This is what moves you from idea to income. The industry calls these “viable products”, and I call them your MVPs, your Most Valuable Products. Examples of MVPs You Might Already Have: - 📘 An ebook that shares your signature story or method - 🎥 A mini-course or masterclass recording - 🧾 A checklist or guide (e.g., “10 Steps to Better Leadership”) - 💼 A coaching program or group experience - 🎤 A signature talk that can be repurposed as content - 🧠 A mastermind or mentorship you can offer live or virtually - 🧩 A challenge or bootcamp with lessons already built - 🧭 A digital product (templates, planners, workbooks, etc.) Practical Exercise: 1. List one MVP you already have (something you’ve done or created). 2. List one MVP you will create in the next 5 days. 3. Post it in the group and declare it — because clarity builds momentum. Why This Matters: Your MVP becomes the entry point for your audience — it gives them a low barrier way to work with you and trust your expertise. Every major brand started with one great product, not ten. Remember: “A produced product beats a perfect product — every time.” Your Next Step: Over the next week, we’ll walk through how to create, brand, and launch your MVPs so they’re ready to sell and scale. ✨ Affirmation of the Day: “I produce progress, not perfection. My MVP is valuable, ready, and changing lives.”

Day 22 - Brand Up
Today’s Goal: Move from just having a program to building a brand — something recognizable, scalable, and positioned to win. My Coaching Advice: Programs come and go, but a brand lasts. Today’s reset is about leveling up from being “just another coach” to becoming a trusted, recognizable brand that your VIPs connect with. Think of your business like a basketball play — it’s not random, it’s structured: Stages of the Sales Funnel: - Tip-Off: Clarify the mission of your business. - Recruit: Identify your VIP client. - Give & Go: Offer a freebie that leads to your upsell. - Screen: Review your client’s needs. - Pick & Roll: Match them with your best product. - Alley-Oop: Make the offer at the right moment. - Score: Close with a paid contract. - Defense: Protect it all with contracts and legalities . Then there’s the Brand Ascension Pyramid: 1. Hobbyist – You’re getting results, but not yet consistent. 2. Professional – You’re making money with your expertise. 3. Influencer – You’re recognized for your impact and voice. 4. Brand – You’ve built predictable scalability . Your challenge today is to think: Where am I on this pyramid? Where do I want to be? Practical Exercise: 📝 Brand Up Action Steps 1. Write down which stage of the pyramid you’re currently in. 2. Identify one action you can take this week to move up a level. 3. Create a list of at least 5 Beta Course Recruits who could test your program and help build your brand credibility . Call to Action: Comment or share: Which stage of the pyramid are you in, and what’s your next move to “brand up”? Affirmation of the Day: “I am not just building a business — I am building a brand that attracts, influences, and scales.”
