Today’s Goal: Move from just having a program to building a brand — something recognizable, scalable, and positioned to win. My Coaching Advice: Programs come and go, but a brand lasts. Today’s reset is about leveling up from being “just another coach” to becoming a trusted, recognizable brand that your VIPs connect with. Think of your business like a basketball play — it’s not random, it’s structured: Stages of the Sales Funnel: - Tip-Off: Clarify the mission of your business. - Recruit: Identify your VIP client. - Give & Go: Offer a freebie that leads to your upsell. - Screen: Review your client’s needs. - Pick & Roll: Match them with your best product. - Alley-Oop: Make the offer at the right moment. - Score: Close with a paid contract. - Defense: Protect it all with contracts and legalities . Then there’s the Brand Ascension Pyramid: 1. Hobbyist – You’re getting results, but not yet consistent. 2. Professional – You’re making money with your expertise. 3. Influencer – You’re recognized for your impact and voice. 4. Brand – You’ve built predictable scalability . Your challenge today is to think: Where am I on this pyramid? Where do I want to be? Practical Exercise: 📝 Brand Up Action Steps 1. Write down which stage of the pyramid you’re currently in. 2. Identify one action you can take this week to move up a level. 3. Create a list of at least 5 Beta Course Recruits who could test your program and help build your brand credibility . Call to Action: Comment or share: Which stage of the pyramid are you in, and what’s your next move to “brand up”? Day 21 - Revenue Ready: Burn the Boat 🔥
Today’s Goal: Rest, reflect, and recommit — then prepare to fully launch with no turning back. Sabbath Reflection: Because it’s Sunday, I encourage you to rest and reflect today. Look back over the past 20 days of this Reset Challenge: - You’ve identified your niche. - Defined your VIP. - Written your Big Promise. - Built your ISO. - Practiced coaching scripts. You’ve come so far already! Celebrate the progress you’ve made. My Coaching Advice: Now comes one of the most important mindset shifts of this entire challenge: Burn the boat. Planning is safe. Execution is risky. But if you want to take the island, you must burn the boat. That means forward is the only option. No turning back. No safety net. Just full commitment . This is where winners are separated from dabblers. You are too close to give up now. Revenue Ready Principles: Once you’ve burned the boat, here’s how we move into revenue: 1. Sell Your Coaching Products Free or paid ebooks Mini courses and full courses Personal coaching packages and memberships 2. Set Up Payment Systems PayPal (business account) Stripe (integrates easily) Linqapp (modern link-in-bio) Samcart or Teachable for funnels & upsells 3. Day 15 - USP + Big Promise = Stand Out
Day 15 – Stand Out with Your USP & Big Promise Today’s Goal: Craft your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and write a Big Promise Statement that makes you stand out in your niche. My Coaching Advice: Now that you’ve narrowed down your VIP and defined your niche, it’s time to separate yourself from the noise. The marketplace is crowded — but your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) is what makes you the obvious choice for your client. Your USP answers: - Why should your VIP choose YOU over someone else? - What do you do differently or better? - What transformation do you deliver that others can’t? 👉 Example: Instead of saying “I’m a health coach” (generic), you say “I help busy moms lose 20 pounds without giving up their favorite foods.” That’s unique, specific, and speaks directly to your VIP. Along with your USP, you need a Big Promise Statement. This is the bold, clear outcome you help clients achieve — and it grabs attention because it has three parts: 1. The Goal – What result will your client get? 2. The Shock Statement – What makes your promise exciting, different, or counterintuitive? 3. The Milestone – How quickly or by what process will they achieve it? 👉 Example: “I help new coaches sign their first 3 paying clients (GOAL) without needing a big social media following (SHOCK) in the next 60 days (MILESTONE).” Practical Exercise: 📝 Your USP + Big Promise 1. Write down your USP in one sentence: “I help [WHO] achieve [WHAT] by [HOW].” 2. Write your Big Promise Statement using the 3 parts (Goal, Shock, Milestone). 3. Say it out loud and ask: Would my VIP immediately pay attention if they heard this? Call to Action: Post your USP or Big Promise Statement in the group today — let us celebrate your clarity and power! Affirmation of the Day: “I stand out in my niche with a clear promise that inspires my VIPs to take action with me.”

Day 18 - Launch Plan
Today’s Goal: Lock in your launch strategy — because this is the moment that separates dabblers from winners. My Coaching Advice: By Day 18, life is happening. Distractions are real. Schedules are tight. And this is exactly where we find out who’s serious. This is not the time to slack off. Winners push through the noise, stay focused, and prepare for launch. Your Launch Plan is the bridge between the program you’ve built and the income + impact you’re about to generate. If you follow these steps, you can generate $1,000–$5,000 in the next 10 days . Here’s how the launch breaks down: - Day 1: Hype – Create curiosity & excitement. Call out your VIP, share their pain points, tease your offer, and open loops. - Day 2: Door Buster – Officially launch your ISO (Irresistible Signature Offer). Share your Big Promise. Start taking applications. - Day 3: Cure the Curiosity – Answer FAQs and objections. Show urgency (“Closing in 48 hrs”). - Day 4: Abundant Scarcity – Share how many spaces are gone. Use testimonials or case studies. Remind them the door is closing. - Day 5: Now, Not Later – Last chance! Post multiple times. Give the final CTA and close . Practical Exercise: 📝 Plan Your Launch 1. Choose which channels you’ll promote on: Personal Facebook, Business Page, Instagram, Email List, YouTube, Twitter, Previous Clients, Your Network, Facebook Groups, Comments . 2. 3. Write out at least one post for each of the 5 launch days. 4. Decide your “Joy in the Morning” statement and how you’ll inject excitement each day. Call to Action: Commit today: Where will you promote and when will you start? Write it down and begin preparing your Launch Day 1 content. Affirmation of the Day: “I am focused. I do not quit in the middle. I finish strong and launch with clarity, confidence, and consistency.”

Congrats on making it to day 12 of the challenge. Be sure to review the previous days to have a foundation for launching your impactful and income producing Business! Today’s Goal: Learn and apply the TGOROW Coaching Method to bring clarity and action to every discovery call. Book a call with ManyChat. My Coaching Advice: Today we level up your coaching process with a framework I learned through my John Maxwell training — the TGOROW Method. This model is a powerful sequence for learning, self-discovery, and action, and it works beautifully for a 30–45 minute discovery call. Here’s how it works: T – Topic: What do you want to discuss today? G – Goal: What do you want to accomplish (short-term and long-term)? O – Outcome: What must you walk away with from this session to feel successful? R – Reality: What’s happening right now? What’s standing in the way? What resources do you have? O – Options: What are five possible actions you could take? Which option feels most doable? W – Way Forward: Which action will you commit to and when will you do it? On a scale of 1–10, how committed are you? When you use TGOROW, you guide the client through a structured process where they clarify their goals, discover their own solutions, and commit to action. You coach them on the spot proving that you are a great longer term solution. Did you ever practice the A-OO-A method with anyone? Do that first then try this one. Practical Exercise: 📝 Today’s Action Step: 1. Offer a free 15–30 minute discovery call to someone in your network today. (I rarely say do this for free, but for this exercise, go for it) 2.
