Create Your Own Stages - You and Them
🎤 One of the best lessons I’ve learned as a speaker is this: you don’t have to wait to be invited to a stage — you can create your own.
This weekend, I had the honor of hosting AND speaking at a leadership conference at Kingsmill in Williamsburg, VA — a venue with stunning water views and plush golf course greens.
I delivered:
✈️ My keynote “FLY to Max Your Potential” — encouraging leaders to rise above limits.
💡 A professional development session on providing solutions now for problems that don’t exist yet.
