The part of you that can make your best content is probably hidden in your shadows. We all carry a picture of who we're allowed to be, shaped by our parents, our schooling, and the culture we grew up in. Some parts of us were socially acceptable and got rewarded. Other parts didn't. But all of them are still part of who we are.

What to look at

What parts of you got banished for being too much or not enough? Where did you receive disapproval, or get shut down?

One of the most powerful forms of shadow work is revealing those parts and being witnessed in the revealing. Doing this reclaims power and life force, and that's gold for your content.

How to apply it

Choose an archetype that's living in your shadows and bring it to the front. Who are they? What do they want to say? What would happen if you stepped into this character, made a 60 or 90 second video, and posted it on the internet?
