I’ve been posting vulnerable sort of origin story type posts - and sometimes I want to post about other things - like the things I teach on - how do you @Dane Tomas or anybody else think about staggering these posts? Or it doesn’t matter?

Why this matters This is the framework I use to manifest. I've used it to pull off a $200,000 launch, get a house in the hills, and land the love of my life against the odds. You're a powerful soul on Earth, but if your mind, body and actions aren't in alignment, nothing lands. This formula lines all three up. What it is IVAR, like the guy from Vikings. Intention, Vibration, Action, Release. - Intention: the idea I'm trying to get across - Vibration: the emotion and embodiment behind it. How am I moving, what does it feel like - Action: what I'm actually going to do - Release: letting go of attachment to the outcome How to use it Take whatever you're creating and run it through the four steps. Get clear on the intention. Feel into the vibration and embodiment before you act. Take the action, in this case shooting and posting a video for 21 days. Then release. Post it, and let it go. The release is the hard part. That's the practice: not worrying about what people think or how many likes you get.
