LAST WEEK BEFORE RE-TEST
Hope you're enjoying your routines and are ready to re-test at the end of this week. Good luck on your 3 RM test of BTN Press and please upload if you feel the difference from when you started the program. If you havn't been able to get all the workouts in for this period, try to not compensate for all the sessions in one week. Wish you all a great week ahead! - Henrik

Follow along Routine
Hey guys! Hope you're getting into the routine of adding more mobility into your training. Here I've created a follow along routine for the Tight Lats Day 1 Week 2 Program. Even tho you're not in this program you can follow along to see how I go through the exercises. Please let me know what you think, if you like this kind of content too.

Da håper jeg alle har kommet i gang og fått testet Day 1. Det blir uker som blir mer travle enn andre, så prøv å lage deg en god rutine fra start av her. Anbefaler virkelig å få inn 4 små økter i uken. Noen har sagt det føles bedre å gjøre etter økt. Det må dere gjerne gjøre. Men anbefaler å bruke dette som en del av oppvarmingen ☺️
