Hei! Jeg vil bare skryte litt hvor gode dere er til å jobbe med øvelsene! De fleste av dere har funnet gode rutiner og jobber dere gjennom øvelser før og/eller etter gruppetimene og jeg ser allerede bedring i bevegelse! Dere er flinke til å spørre om hjelp og råd og jeg oppfordrer dere til å fortsette med det! Og still gjerne spørsmålene her inne. Lurer DU på noe er det ganske sikkert at det er noen andre som lurer på det samme 😉 Minner om at alle øvelser skal gjennomføres innenfor kontroll. Hey guys! Hope you're getting into the routine of adding more mobility into your training. Here I've created a follow along routine for the Tight Lats Day 1 Week 2 Program. Thank you for your input, Eirik! When it comes to your sensation. Try to move around where you DON'T feel the sensation of pain. Let me know if its causing a pinching sensation, cause thats different
