Injured doesn’t always mean stop
Just because you’re injured doesn’t mean you need to stop training completely
most guys go all or nothing
they get hurt, disappear for weeks, then come back at the same intensity
and end up right back where they started
it’s not the injury, it’s how you come back
there’s usually a middle ground
adjust the intensity, change your game, keep your reps in
that’s how you stay consistent without restarting every time
When you’ve been dealing with something, do you usually pull back too much or come back too fast?
