Yo yo yo, what’s happening 👊 We’ve just added a new lesson over in the Strength & Conditioning section of the Classroom 🔥 This one is a shoulder endurance drill — perfect for building stronger shoulders, wrists and better punch output. We’ve just added a brand new Strength & Conditioning course to the classroom! There are two videos up now: - Skipping (beginner basics) -Medicine ball power & conditioning Go and have a go and let me know how you get on.
