We’re planning something special for the Weed & Wellness community.
We’re putting together a live yoga session on Instagram live — and one of our partners will be sponsoring the experience by mailing out edibles or cannabis wellness products to people who sign up ahead of time. We’re looking at mid-December with two time options:• 6:30 PM EST• 8:00 PM EST 👉 Anyone can join the live session 👉 Only U.S. residents are eligible to receive the sponsored products in the mail Right now we’re just gauging interest. REM sleep optimization
been doing a small break from smoking in order to break the loop of doing it everyday and depending on it. Been sober for 2 weeks and 1 day now planning on going at least 3 weeks. The ultimate goal is to adjust my Rem sleep as I have been waking up early to work and have long days pretty much no rest. What would be some advices you have in order to have better sleep even when indulging in occasional smoking
Cannabis and addiction recovery
Anyone here in recovery from hard drugs or alcohol that still uses cannabis? I have been using cannabis as a tool in my recovery, using cannabis as medicine, and am part of a a cannabis recovery group. If you are interested lmk! We have 2 meetings a day. The program is growing quick. However, please ONLY JOIN IF you are in recovery from drugs or alcohol. But yeah if that applies to you then comment. This program saves lives.
