Reminder Anxiety Reset Tomorrow
Hey everyone! Just wanted to remind you that tomorrow 8 PM Eastern standard time will be the anxiety reset. We will meet for a little more than 30 minutes for light movement just to get our bodies prepped to lie down for 20+ minutes while we do some rhythmic breathing and guided meditation. This session will regulate your nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed in the state of healing. If you can’t make the session, you can catch the rerun. Ask any questions below
