boxbreath (4s in, 4s hold, 4s out, 4s hold, repeat) is my preffered reset. I set a 5 minutes timer, turn notifications off, sit or lay down, close my eyes and start breathing. Usually my mind gets invadede by a thousand toughts, this helps me to understand what a re the "main" concerns in my mind at that moment. I acknowledge that and return to breathing. This works if I loose concentration during work, if theres a trigger that brings anxiety, before going to an intimate space with myself or others, and specially before sleeping. Looking forwrd to hear from other ppl experiences and strateggies!
