What matters to you?
This is a short and sweet one. I just read this quote by Todd Kashdan, Ph.D., a psychologist I enjoy following.

So when you think about why you're in the Lifestyle Evolution community, it must be because there's some aspect of your life/health that you want to change. What will it take for you to feel forced to face it?
That's simply a hard way of asking, "What will it take for you to know that you're ready?"
