Lead Tracker
One thing that jumped out was the Lead Tracker. It looks really cool.
I have the old G/Y/R Tracker from my Freedom Club days and its just a color mess, lol. But it tells me the conversions (ie pre-approvable leads, not necessarily funded) but it seems like yours does the same thing and has better flow metrics from lead to funding.
Some questions...
Are you meant to start a new workbook each month? Or Keep the Dashboard running for the year and add a new lead sheet each month?
