Sam Lead Tracker 2.0
I took @Sam Abazari Lead Tracker and collaborated with Claude to make some updates: -Added the normal lead 8 lead sources you may be used to from Coaching - RLTR, PF, BUS etc -In the lead sheet, the 4 statuses (Working, Preapproved, Dead and Funded) change the cell color. So you can focus on the Working and Preapproved to see who you need to follow up with -To make the numbers correct, say you pre-approved someone and they went somewhere else (Sucks but happens). You still have to keep them as Pre-approved vs moving to Dead otherwise the percentages aren't correct. They were "Pre-approvable", which is really what we should optimize for; engaged leads. Hope you find it useful!
4 New Video Categories Are Now Live!
Hey everyone! I just uploaded a fresh series of training videos to the Classroom tab. If you’re looking to scale your production while actually getting your weekends back, these are for you. Here’s the breakdown of videos: 1. My Promise to You: The blueprint to hitting 10 loans/mo within a year, while maintaining a 200–300 BPS margin on a 25–35 hour work week. 2. Hiring a Rockstar Assistant: How to find and hire elite talent so you can stop doing the $15/hr tasks. 3. Lead Conversion Mastery: The exact 4-step process you need to follow to turn your leads into fundings. 4. The Money Models: A deep dive into the structures that allow you to consistently hit those 200–300 BPS targets. How to watch: Head over to the Classroom tab now to dive in. Once you’ve watched, shoot me a DM! I’d love to hear your biggest takeaway and how you're planning to apply it to your pipeline this month.
Lead Tracker
Hey @Sam Abazari Wow...I saw you made a lot of updates and will take a look. One thing that jumped out was the Lead Tracker. It looks really cool. I have the old G/Y/R Tracker from my Freedom Club days and its just a color mess, lol. But it tells me the conversions (ie pre-approvable leads, not necessarily funded) but it seems like yours does the same thing and has better flow metrics from lead to funding. Some questions... Are you meant to start a new workbook each month? Or Keep the Dashboard running for the year and add a new lead sheet each month?
Jumping on here and introducing myself
I’m a lender based in Colorado. I’ve had some solid momentum in the past, but I’m at a point now where I’m focused on getting things moving again in a more consistent and intentional way. Where I want to be is simple. Predictable business, strong relationships, and a system that actually runs instead of feeling like I’m starting over all the time. What’s been holding me back has honestly been consistency and structure. I know what to do, just haven’t been as locked in on doing it every day. Looking forward to being in a room with people who are building and pushing forward.

Free goodwill that will pay in spades
One of the best things you can do for a fellow loan officer is point them toward the right information at the right time. If you know someone who is grinding, frustrated, or just looking for a better way to build their business, this community exists for them. The frameworks, tools, and conversations inside have helped a lot of loan officers build a better business and a better life. If someone comes to mind, share the link with them: https://www.skool.com/level-up-lo/about Thank you for being here. And thank you for helping others find their way here too.
