Hey all, I am a brand new LO going through Sam's training. I just want to shout out this framework- the realtor feedback and progress that I've seen over the last 3 weeks has been awesome! I've done 4-6 open houses per week and already have several agents who committed to working with me and almost all agents are impressed with what I have to offer. I have to give all of the credit to Sam- every step of the framework is organized and simple and I can already see that it gives me an edge over other LO's in my market. I've been averaging 2 leads per week and last week I got 3! My goal is an average of 5 per week by the end of July. Happy hunting out there!

I just sent a couple of texts to my family asking if they know and trust any realtors- received a great response and 6 realtor referrals! NGL I was surprised at how quickly my family got back to me and how quick they were to refer. Thanks Sam for the idea!
