Challenge accepted?
Running won. let’s keep it simple! 20km by Friday 2359 cut off. ideally a minimum of 3 runs don’t want anyone going out and blasting 20k Friday afternoon if they don’t usually run that far. We know it’s easy to vote on a poll, can you commit to the challenge? For those sickos who voted for the burpees…. I’ve got a challenge in mind I’ll keep it in my back pocket for now✅

VIP Coaching Call Friday 6th 10am - CANCELLED
Brothers - I’ve got a physio appointment tomorrow morning (Friday 6th) so will have to cancel the morning coaching call. The 4pm will still be going ahead. 💪🏽🏆
