GUYS - THIS IS IMPORTANT!
Watch the below video, guys, then let me know: 1. Your preferred days and times for the group coaching calls 2. Your goal for the remainder of Summer and your goal as we enter our Build phase in Autumn. Example of the goals could be: "For our Summer Celebrate phase I still want to drop 3lbs and improve my fitness. For our Build phaese, I'll want a 5lb weight gain with a 10% improvement in my strength across the key lifts". Please can each of you send a response to these and I can then support accordingly :) To Your Best Adam
