Can't Find the AI Automation CTO GPT
Hi everyone! I just started learning AI agents in the classroom. In one of the videos, Liam is using a custom GPT called AI Automation CTO, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can access it or if it's still available? I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!

What am I actually doing with this reach? I've been putting out content, it's working, the comments are full of closers and agency owners who are genuinely engaged. But I haven't done anything with it beyond the views. So I want to know what you actually need right now. Not what sounds good — what would genuinely move the needle for your business this month. Because I've been looking at whether AI can solve both of these problems — either finding the leads or closing them once they're on a call. And I think the answer is different depending on which side of this you're on.

Been heads down building out AutoXinity stuff this week and pulled this funnel breakdown together — figured this group would actually appreciate seeing the real numbers instead of me just saying "AI helps close more deals." Setup: home service business, running Facebook ads. Leads get split three ways — AI speed-to-lead, a 48-hour AI follow-up sequence, and an AI voice telesales agent — all feeding into booked calls for their sales team. Simple funnel, nothing fancy. Without AI in that loop: $13,920/month from this funnel. With AI in the loop: $30,359/month. Same spend. Same traffic. Same closers. The only thing that changed was how fast and how persistently the leads got worked. That's: - 71 leads recovered (previously going straight to "lost sales") - 10.8% conversion rate - 20 conversions/month - $197,266 annualized swing And the "lost sales" bucket — leads that never got fast enough follow-up — still had $1,512 sitting there as proof of the leak. Every time I run this breakdown for a new business, the reaction is the same: "wait, we're losing that much just from slow follow-up?" Yeah. Every time. If anyone here is running paid ads and has never actually mapped out where leads are leaking between click and booked call, that's the exercise worth doing before spending more on traffic. Launching a AAA from scratch in Italy
After tinkering with AI Automation for about a year, creating systems for a €1M+ business (in which I'm a partner) in collaboration with a fitness influencer with 1.5M+ followers in Italy, and tinkering with automation for years (I've been a ManyChat Agency Partner since 2018), I now want to launch my own AI Automation Agency in the Italian market (I've been tinkering with Claude Code for months and am already creating several systems there). I have no idea how to get started, though. Who to target, what to sell, how and what type of content to create, and how to attract my first clients. I understand that these are topics that only a comprehensive course could answer, but if you had to give me some advice on this, what would you recommend? Even just an 80/20 ratio to start with. I had thought about fitness creators as my target audience (working behind the scenes in a coaching business for a fitness influencer with 1.5M+ followers), but how do I know what they need? And then create and sell it? And what kind of content can I create in the meantime, given that my social media is still personal and not about personal branding?
